Revenue to Fund Service:
Schools are offered the option of a comprehensive contract for all labor required for the calendar year at $7.50 per student based on current year's RWADA, or to pay the actual labor cost on each item serviced. Parts required are billed at a price slightly above our net cost which provide additional savings to our clients.

History:
The BOCES Technical Service Program was established in 1972 and has been a vital part of school services since that time. The range of services has increased with the growth of technology in school applications. The staff is trained in every phase of technical service and holds certificates from every major manufacturer of audio-visual, computer and video-equipment.

Group Bidding:
A service that has resulted in an enviable history of cost-saving purchases for schools that traditionally prefer to purchase their own equipment. This service is so popular that neighboring BOCES participate in the OCM BOCES cooperative bid for instructional equipment to share the savings with their schools.
