The OCM BOCES Sheet Music Lending Library is based upon the OCMEA collection of sheet music and consists of approximately 2,000 arrangements and is loaned to schools that elect to subscribe.

Currently , the following school districts are members of the Music Library: Baldwinsville, DeRuyter, East-Syracuse-Minoa, Fabius-Pompey, Homer, Liverpool, Marcellus, North Syracuse, Solvay and West Genesee.

An on-line database is provided to participating districts semi-annually, with supplements printed annually.
New music is added annually from the Onondaga All County Music Festivals and from existing budget funds.
